Social responsibility

Social responsibility

Ethical principle of
valuing the community.

Our ethical principle is to value the community in which we operate, providing opportunities for work and income generation, social participation and respect for the culture with which we interact.

We continually seek to improve our Social Responsibility Management system, through actions that make a difference in the daily lives of our employees and the community of which we are part.

With the support of a group of volunteers, we encourage mutual cooperation and encourage involvement in social actions promoted by the group to meet the basic desires and needs of our community.

GOOD NETWORK:

In July 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic, we created the “Rede do Bem” in order to help society. Through this network, we help our employees and their families. The community and NGOs experiencing financial, health and psychological difficulties are part of this mission.

PURPOSE

Seek to build a better, socially inclusive society, through actions that generate opportunities for employment, education, health and well-being.

PROJECTS DEVELOPED

Container Library Project

The Container Library set up by Grupo Allog at the Professora Ermelinda Potter Custódio Early Childhood Education Center, in the Cidade Nova neighborhood, in Itajaí (SC), was certified as a highlighted project in the Social Seal. Fully adapted, the container was painted with a special paint and gained tempered glass doors and windows. Inside, an electrical system, monitoring system and air conditioning were installed.

In this program, in partnership with Instituto Crescer and Univali, young people aged 14 to 18 are introduced to the world of Foreign Trade through English classes and also Ethics, Citizenship and the World of Work.
